小傳 Bio
17歲才開始單車運動，熱愛場地單車項目，在2001至2004年間作全職之運動員訓練，多次代表香港參加多項單車比賽，當中包括世界杯場地單車賽、世界場地單車賽、亞洲錦標賽、全國場地錦標賽、全國冠軍賽、環泰國單車賽、環台灣單車賽、環南中國海單車賽、環中國單車賽等等的大型單車比賽；在這段海外訓練和比賽，其間本人學習到很多做人處世的態度，獲益良多。而在2004至2007年間曾在香港單車隊擔任青少年隊的教練，主要付責公路及場地訓練。香港本地賽方面，本人於二零零三年回港後一直效力本地著名的南華體育會單車隊，並僥倖地為南華體育會單車隊拿下多次本地公開賽的公路賽與場地賽項目的成績，在2004起多次拿下香港公路單車繞圈賽及三人隊際計時賽等的本地賽事獎項。而本人對單車熱誠，多年來積極參與本地及國內的公路比賽，值比賽來提升自己。本人在2005至2007年間獲康樂及文化事務處邀請擔任學校體育推廣大使和簡易體動推廣大使，主要付責公路及場地訓練2007年尾起因希望在有能力時參與更多不同的比賽，為了增加訓練量提升水平選擇了放棄全職的教練工作，轉為兼職教練，邊練習邊工作。
